Welcome to our Tables & Chambre d'hotes, Bed en Brochje, or Bed & Breakfast vanNienke! In the middle of Friesland, within cycling distance of Sneek, in the small village of Tersoal, we offer a spacious guest house for 2 persons with sauna, jacuzzi, spacious terrace and open sailing connection to the Sneekermeer.

A spacious double bed is waiting for you in which you will enjoy a wonderful night's sleep. In the sitting area you can watch TV, read a book or enjoy a snack or complete meal. Together in the Finnish sauna, cool off under the outdoor shower and then relax in the warm jacuzzi and watch the sunset while enjoying a drink. During the day you can rent our sloop ( Waarschip) to make a beautiful trip on the Frisian waters of the Eleven Cities Route. For the evening you can book dinner, or enjoy a delicious barbecue on the (partly covered) terrace.

A DELICIOUS FRISIAN BREAKFAST

We serve an extensive breakfast which consists of a variety of fresh rolls, Frisian sugar bread and various types of fillings. Frisian clove cheese, mature cheese, cold cuts, Tersoal's honey, homemade jam and of course a boiled egg. Coffee, tea, fresh orange juice and a dairy product with fresh fruit complete the start of the day!

Because not everyone wants to have a (extensive) breakfast, we have chosen for an option to leave breakfast outside the room price. Would you like a delicious breakfast served during your stay? Then book it including breakfast.

SURROUNDINGS

Our property is located on the edge of the small village of Tersoal (325 inhabitants) directly opposite the ice rink. Around the house you can enjoy the wide views and beautiful sunset scenes. Across the street you board our Waarschip and sail via the Oudvaart on the routes of the Frisian Eleven Cities Tour. There are cycling routes, geocaching routes, walking routes and Sneek, Grou and Leeuwarden are close by.

The accommodation has a lot of privacy. You have your own entrance, private terrace, private sauna and private jacuzzi. Its use is unlimited and included in the room rate.

We, Nienke and Michel and Kaatje, came to live (back) in Friesland in 2017. Nienke was born and raised in Friesland and Michel has Frisian blood from mother's side. The history of the family origin can be found in the library/dining room of our house. When we came to live here, it was because of the expansion of our goldsmith shop with a branch in Heerenveen and Sneek. The basis of this was in Gouda, but the Frisian environment beckoned.
